Too much reading

I've been reading quite a bit the past few days and by evening have to stop because my vision goes quite blurred.  It becomes hard to see the letters on the page or even the on the pc.  I don't intend to do anything about it yet since it is more in the evening. 

Of course, stitching is then out of the question as well.
