Pros and Cons of Losing Weight
This is a thinking list to be added to from time to time. Just now it looks like more going for the cons than for the pros!!!! It wasn't intended to be that way.
Pros
feel good for achieving it be healthier look better maybe more self esteem better self image more choice of clothes in the shops easier to fit airline seats bound to be able to do more on holidays |
Cons
hard work takes persistance have to limit what I eat have to think about what I eat need to move more if I don't even try I can't fail |
The balance seems to be changing the more I think about it.
