I'm liking movment October 2010
I still don't go for enough walks or so regular exercises but I am moving 100% more than I did last year. And I feel better for it. I get restless if I sit too long nowadays. Even if I'm stitching, reading or even writing here I have to get up and move about! It is good and feels good. I also find I'm stretching a lot. I make a conscious effort to move my shoulders, hips, arms, stretch from side to side in a chair and even do some moving lying down on the bed before I get in for the night. I never thought I'd be like this. Never ever. But the more I ache and am in pain the more I try to move. It seems to help but I do keep it in moderation and not overdo it.
